Every new account receives welcome credits at signup — enough to send your first few chat requests and experience the platform before committing.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at hello@openheartsessions.com.
Q. Is there a subscription?
No subscriptions, ever. You buy credits when you want them and use them at your own pace. No recurring charges.
Q. Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider. We never store your card details.
