Want a more guided experience? Join the matching queue. Our algorithm pairs you with someone whose emotional wavelength aligns with yours — scored across mood, topics, history, and connection quality.
Send an instant chat request
Tap 'Instant Chat' on any profile. The other person gets a 30-second popup to accept or decline. If they accept, you're both dropped into a private chat room.
If you've chatted before, you're taken straight back into your existing conversation — no awkward re-introductions. Your chat history is preserved.
Chat safely — Vibe Guard watches
Every message is scanned by our Vibe Guard AI before it's delivered. Harmful content, personal info leaks, and scam patterns are caught automatically.
Flagged messages are hidden from the recipient and queued for human review. Conversations with repeated violations are frozen. Severe offenders are removed from the platform.
Blur lifts as connection grows
Profile photos start fully blurred. With each message exchanged, the blur gradually lifts — a visual signal of deepening trust.
This design nudges conversations toward substance before appearance. You get to know someone by what they say, not how they look.
Rate the conversation
After each session, rate your experience. Ratings feed into the Vibe Score — a trust metric visible on every profile.
The Vibe Score uses an exponential moving average: recent conversations carry more weight than old ones. It decays toward neutral if you go quiet, so it always reflects your current self.

Q. Is my identity ever visible to other users?
No. Your real name, email, phone number, and location are never shared. You choose a display name when you sign up, and that's all other users ever see.
Q. What happens if someone is rude or abusive?
Vibe Guard AI scans every message in real time. Abusive content is blocked before it reaches you. If a conversation triggers multiple flags, it's automatically frozen and reviewed by our Safety team.
Q. How does the credit system work?
Credits are used to initiate instant chat requests and join the priority matching queue. You start with a free credit allowance. Top-ups are available in the Credits section. Credits prevent spam and ensure everyone on the platform has genuine intent.
Q. Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your profile and all personal data are permanently removed within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy.
Q. What topics can I talk about?
Anything emotional or personal — grief, anxiety, loneliness, relationship struggles, life transitions, burnout, or simply needing to vent. The platform is not a substitute for professional therapy, but it is a genuine space for human connection.
